Cherry season has started and orders for December are open!
Exclusive to current Fruit Cube customers AND their employees, we are once again offering delivery of cherries straight to your office! Non-Fruit Cube customers can place an order too, but will have to collect their cherries from a central collection point.
Fresh, juicy and full of flavour, these cherries from our supplier, Dutoit, are perfect for your office this festive season or as gifts.
Each year we see the orders fly in faster than you can say ‘year end celebration’, so make sure you order yours as soon as possible each week!
Before placing your order, please read through the below for all the ins and outs you need to know to secure your order:
What’s the price per box and when do we deliver?
- Each box costs R290. Cherries can only be ordered and paid for upfront, online via PayFast as prompted on the screen. Do not email or pay The Fruit Cube directly.
- We will deliver to current Fruit Cube customers on Mondays only and the cherry order must coincide with a Monday on which you are scheduled to receive your usual Fruit Cube delivery.
What if you are not a current Fruit Cube customer?
Only current Fruit Cube customers will have Cherry Time cherries delivered to their offices. The Fruit Cube will not deliver cherry boxes without a coinciding Fruit Cube order. Non-current Fruit Cube customers have the following three options:
Resume Fruit Cube deliveries
If you were a previous customer, resume deliveries of your Fruit Cubes by emailing The Fruit Cube team. Once we’ve confirmed the updated order, you can order cherries on www.ilovecherries.co.za as a Fruit Cube customer, using your TFC number.
Sign up for Fruit Cube deliveries
Go to www.thefruitcube.com to become an active Fruit Cube customer by ordering Fruit Cubes. Once we’ve confirmed the updated order, you can order cherries on www.ilovecherries.co.za as a Fruit Cube customer, using your TFC number.
Collect your cherries from us
If you do not have Fruit Cubes delivered to your office, navigate to the Non-Fruit Cube Customer page on www.ilovecherries.co.za and place your order before Monday 9am for collection by you on the Friday of the same week (e.g. order by 9am Monday 28 November for cherries on Friday 2 December). The exception is Friday 16 December which is a public holiday, so this collection will shift to Thursday 15 December between 2pm and 4:30pm.
You will need to collect from our Head Office between 2pm and 4:30pm. Cherries not collected on the indicated afternoon cannot go back into a coldroom overnight for later collection, so please make appropriate plans to collect them. No refunds will be given for cherries not collected during the allocated time.
Please remember to refrigerate your cherries. Cherries are packed in a plastic liner within the box which may cause condensation to form on hot days. Refrigeration will extend their very short shelf life.
